The HRMS Application may collect the following information:

• Job-related information (designation, department, attendance, leave records)
• Authentication data (login credentials, encrypted tokens)
• Device-related information (device model, OS version, app version)

2. Location Access:

The application accesses the user’s location only when the user performs attendance actions such as punch-in or punch-out. Location data is used solely to verify the employee’s work location and is not tracked continuously, stored, or shared.

3. How We Use Information

Microphone Access (Speech-to-Text)

The HRMS Application uses the device microphone only when the user explicitly taps the microphone button to convert spoken words into text. The microphone is never accessed automatically or in the background.

Audio input is processed temporarily for speech recognition purposes only and is not recorded, stored, or shared with any third party.

Collected information is used strictly for internal HR and administrative purposes, such as:

• Employee attendance and leave management
• Payroll and HR operations
• User authentication and access control
• Improving app functionality and performance

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties. Data may be accessed only by authorized HR personnel and system administrators of the organization.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored securely and access is restricted.

6. Data Retention

Employee data is retained only as long as required for organizational and legal purposes and is removed when no longer necessary.

This application is not intended for use by children under the age of 18.
